U.S. Rep. Gutierrez was arrested because he was at the White House demanding Pres. Obama stop the deportation of illegal immigrants which, by the way, has increased considerably since Obama took office. Obama stated earlier he could not stop the deportations because he swore an oath to uphold the law that was on the books. Of course we know he did go against his oath recently and has used his “powers” to temporarily stop the deportation of 1.6 million kids. Interesting. Maybe Gutierrez should be comparing Obama to Chavez instead of Gov. Fortuno.
Obama is the Deporter in Chief, that is true.
And when exactly did the laws on the books Obama was referring to change? I find that interesting if not a bit disconcerting.
