The Puerto Rican Bill
(P.R 51, Incorporation)
November, 6th 2012
Puerto Ricans have no representation in Congress or the Senate and no Presidential electoral vote. “Commonwealth citizenship” is biased, corrupt and divisive, It goes against all International laws of imperial territorial governance.
No taxation without representation. All Puerto Ricans everywhere within all of the United States territories shall not be required to pay any United States Federal, State nor Local Taxes due to the fact that they are not full citizens incorporated, recognized, represented nor protected under U.S law and Constitution. Complete Inclusion and incorporation (Statehood) would require Puerto Ricans and Native American Taino to comply as well as benefit one hundred percent from the tax system, representation, grants, recognition and protection under the U.S constitution.
Puerto Ricans are a Multinational people. American multinational corporations doing business in the United States and in Puerto Rico actively claim the full constitutional rights of individuals to operate their businesses. Rights once reserved only to U.S citizens are now available to industrial corporate organizations but not to Puerto Ricans nor US citizens any longer. Puerto Ricans must now appropriate and demand back these constitutional rights noy only for themselves but for all U.S citizens. All U.S citizens will benefit from Puerto Rican statehood because basic constitutional rights will be returned to all it’s people. The Puerto Rican colony/commonwealth brand and “commonwealth citizenship” is in all actuality one of based on separate but equal, which is illegal (PLESSY V. FERGUSON (1896)).
Upon inclusion and full incorporation the U.S Puerto Rican State shall exercise their electoral vote for president, its people shall be fully represented in Congress as in the Senate and have the correct amount of representatives promised under the constitution and enjoy full protections for all its citizens under the law.
Well-written but unless there is a statehood revolt, the US as crafted today will not allow for a 51st state. US electorate is clueless about PR. Maybe if you broadcast 24/7 on TV PR will always be a low priority of the US.

You just said that
Stuck in limbo with no progress in any direction.
Why? Why are so stuck in limbo?
A plethora of ideas, conversations, dialogue, etc. that seem to continuously lead nowhere. How can we fix a broken record? A stagnant political status. It may be the same old song but we must keep on trying..
Agreed. We must keep on trying.
